GovZone membership terms. GovZone is a subscription service of TNA Capital / Top Notch Acquisitions, LLC, Washington, DC.
The service. For $200 per month you receive procurement opportunity emails matched to your company profile (currently twice weekly), a weekly teaming email, and the ability to update your profile by replying. Recommendations are opinions, not guarantees — we do not promise contract awards, and bid decisions and submissions remain yours.
Billing. Every membership starts with a 14-day free trial - your card is collected at signup and first charged on day 15. After the trial: $200/month via Stripe, recurring until canceled. Discount codes apply where offered. Cancel any time; canceling during the trial costs nothing, and canceling later stops charges at the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate partial months.
Refunds. The free trial is your evaluation period. If a paid month goes by with no feeds delivered, tell us and we will refund that month in full. Otherwise fees already charged are not refunded.
Teaming. The Teaming Feed names firms and the people to contact at each. We never contact another firm on your behalf; the approach is yours to make.
Termination. Either side can end the membership at any time. We may end it with a pro-rated refund of the unused period.
Contact and cancellation. Cancel any time from your dashboard at govzone.ai/portal (Manage billing). Questions: reply to any feed email.
