How is this different from a SAM.gov saved search?
A saved search returns everything under a NAICS code and leaves the reading to
you. GovZone screens on scope language, set-aside, vehicle, contract size, incumbent
history and agency buying behavior, then makes a call and tells you why. You get
fewer items, and each one arrives with a reason attached.
What if the matches are wrong?
Reply to the email and say so. That is the intended loop — your profile is
updated from your answers, and the next feed reflects it. Most profiles need two or
three rounds before they are tuned.
Do you write the proposal?
No. GovZone finds and calls the opportunity. Proposal work is a separate
engagement with Top Notch Acquisitions, and you are never required to take it.
Does anything get sent to other companies on my behalf?
Not without your approval. The Teaming Feed proposes a list of firms; nothing is
sent to any of them until you reply and approve it.
Is state and local included?
Yes, in the same feed. State procurement is where a lot of small firms get their
first past performance, and it is under-covered by the federal-only tools.
